Kimjamae Inc. builds AI workflow tools on Claude.

We are a Seoul-based company that designs AI training and workflows for corporate teams. Our training work is where we find workflows worth automating, and the ones that hold up in real work become tools on Claude: an MCP server for sales coaching, and an agent pipeline that keeps training content in sync with company procedures.

Keystone Coach

Deployed June 2026

A remote MCP server that brings a sales-coaching method into Claude.

Built by

Kimjamae built and operates the server and manages its seat licenses. The coaching method comes from Keystone, a Korean sales-education and field-coaching consultancy, and the licenses go to the dealership salespeople Keystone coaches.

What it does

A salesperson describes a customer conversation: the situation, and optionally the stage and why the customer is hesitating. Keystone Coach returns the next step, a strategy for the objection, the questions to ask before drafting a message, and a follow-up plan: a message on day 0, one follow-up on day 2 if there is no reply, and a status check on day 5.

How it is delivered

Each salesperson receives a personal download link tied to a seat license key, opens the package in Claude Code, and approves the connection. A one-line command is also available.

Seats are managed from an admin dashboard: issue, suspend, or reclaim a key and set the seat limit, without redeploying.

SOP-Sync

Prototype

When a company procedure changes, the training changes with it once a person approves.

Overview

SOP-Sync keeps training current: it compares the old and new versions of a procedure, regenerates only the affected modules and quiz questions, and sends the draft to an approval queue.

Build

Turns a procedure document into short modules and quizzes. Every module is linked to the source paragraphs it came from.

Sync

Compares two versions of the document and regenerates only the modules that the change affects.

Review

A separate reviewer agent checks the draft against the source for distortion and omission.

Approve

A person reviews the change summary and publishes the new version. Agents never publish.

Current stage

A working prototype built as Claude Code subagents. On a sample refund-process procedure revised from version 1 to version 2, it built the course, regenerated only the affected modules, and produced the approval request for a person to review. The reviewer step is defined but has not yet been run on this example. Our target users are small and mid-sized companies in Korea.

How we build on Claude
  1. The generator is never the evaluator.
In SOP-Sync, a separate reviewer agent, distinct from the agents that generate content, is defined to check drafts against the source.
  2. Outputs stay tied to the source.
Keystone Coach follows Keystone's own coaching method, and SOP-Sync modules point back to the paragraphs they came from.
  3. Nothing ships without approval.
SOP-Sync agents place drafts in an approval queue. People decide what goes live.
